Steve Naha is a founder and Chairman of Gardner Resources Consulting, LLC. Since opening GRC in 1998, he has focused the organization’s efforts on the premier clients and senior consultants in the Healthcare, Financial Services and Bio-Pharm industries.
Mr. Naha’s background includes sales, marketing and management in the high tech industry for over 25 years. He has sold technology products and services in both national and international markets. From 1986 to 1996 he was a consistent top producer in the IT Staffing industry serving the New England market. In 1997, as a contract senior staffing specialist at a premier financial services firm in Boston, he recruited permanent technical personnel. He also served as a senior member of the development team which created the firm’s new national staffing center tasked with the front-end recruitment of domestic, permanent technical positions.
He holds a BA in History and teaching certification from Montclair State College, where he graduated cum laude.
