CEO and acting CFO, Gardner Resources

Prior to joining Gardner Resources, Tom held a variety of senior finance and operational positions in the staffing industry with 3 international and national firms. Tom began his career in the retail sector holding progressively senior finance positions with TJX and TJ Maxx. Tom has demonstrated results in core competencies such as P&L management, merger and acquisition, strategic planning, and expense control. He’s a proven and trusted executive with a strong cross-functional finance and operations background.  

Tom holds a MBA from Northeastern University and a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester.
