How to Whitelist Us

Keep Gardner’s IT Staffer from getting caught in your spam filter. Below you’ll find whitelisting instructions for the following E-mail systems: Outlook 2003/2007, AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, and Gmail.

Outlook 2003
Add Gardner’s “From” address, mail@grgc.com, to your Safe Senders list:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. On the Preferences tab, click Junk E-mail.
3. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add.
4. In the Add Address, put mail@grgc.com
5. Click OK.

Outlook 2007
Add Gardner’s “From” address, mail@grgc.com, to your Safe Senders list:

1.       On the Actions menu, highlight Junk E-mail, and click Junk E-mail Options.

2.       On the Safe Senders tab, click Add.

3.       In the Add Address, put mail@grgc.com.

4.       Click OK.

AOL
Add Gardner’s “From” address, mail@grgc.com, to your AOL address book:

1. On the Mail menu, click Address Book.
2. On the Address Book window, click Add.
3. In the Other E-Mail field on the Address Card for New Contact window, put mail@grgc.com.
4. Make mail@grgc.com the "Primary E-Mail" address by checking the associated check box.
5. Click Save.

Yahoo
Set up a filter to redirect Gardner’s IT Staffer into your inbox:

1. Click Mail Options on the upper right hand corner.
2. Select Filters on the bottom left corner.
3. On the Filters page, click Add.
4. Update the "From header:" rule with the following 2 pieces of information: "contains" and mail@grgc.com. (This instructs Yahoo to identify our newsletter based on our “From” address.)
5. On the Choose Folder menu, select Inbox.
6. Click Add Filter.

Hotmail
Add Gardner’s “From” address, mail@grgc.com, to your Hotmail Safe List:

1. Click Options on the upper right hand corner.
2. Click Junk E-Mail Protection on the top of page.
3. Select Safe List
4. On the Type an address or domain field, add mail@grgc.com.
5. Click Add.

Gmail
Add Gardner’s “From” address, mail@grgc.com, to your Gmail Contacts List:

1. Click Contacts on the left side of any Gmail page.
2. Click Add Contact.
3. On the Primary e-mail address box, add mail@grgc.com.
4. Click Save.
