Our executive team shares a successful tenure in staffing and recruitment. Each manager has an average of 15 years working in this field, and all are committed to the exemplary execution of every assignment.

Our senior staff knows that the best fit means a lot more than simply meeting the technical and business requirements of a position. The best fit must realize a fundamental connection between employers and job seekers in terms of personality, values, and culture.

Our leaders are local to the Greater Boston area, and regularly participate in face-to-face meetings with employers and senior IT candidates, forging stronger relationships with each. They remain personally involved in the major decisions that influence performance, quality and satisfaction.
