We are with you during each and every phase of the staffing process and assignment, and stay involved until the job is completed.

Our Pledge to Service Excellence

Once the candidate is placed, we:

  • Conduct First Day, On-site Orientation - meeting with the client, consultant and Gardner Resources representative to review expectation, project scope and key factors for success.
  • Scheduled Check-ins - formally check in with clients and consultants to gauge their satisfaction, progress, or problem any performance challenges.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
