From the North, West, and East:
Take Route 128 (I-95) South from the Mass Pike (I-90). On Route 128 (I-95), take the first exit for Wellesley, Exit 21B, Route 16 West. At the light at the end of the ramp stay in the middle lane to go straight onto Walnut Street. 70 Walnut Street is the 3rd driveway on the left. The entrance is around the back of the building. Gardner is on the 3rd Floor.
From the South:
Take Route 128 (I-95) North to Exit 21A, Route 16 West, Wellesley. Turn left at the top of the ramp and move into the left turn lane to bear left onto Walnut Street. 70 Walnut Street is the 3rd driveway on the left. The entrance is around the back of the building. Gardner is on the 3rd Floor.
From the East (Route 9 Westbound):
Take the Cedar Street exit just west of Route 128 (I-95). You will see a gas station on your right. Just beyond the gas station, take Cedar Street northbound up to a 4-way intersection where you turn right onto Walnut Street. 70 Walnut Street is the 1st driveway on the right. The entrance is around the back of the building. Gardner is on the 3rd Floor.
From the West (Route 9 Eastbound):
Take the Cedar Street exit just west of Route 128 (I-95). Cedar Street is the 3rd right past Mass Bay Community College. (There is a car dealership and Harvard Vanguard on the exit ramp.) Take a left at the end of the ramp and continue on Cedar Street northbound up to a 4-way intersection where you turn right onto Walnut Street. 70 Walnut Street is the 1st driveway on the right. The entrance is around the back of the building. Gardner is on the 3rd Floor.
