During The Engagement
Q: What steps do you take if I'm not happy with the placement?
A: Our proactive placement approach is designed to anticipate or head off any problems that might develop. We conduct an on-site, first day, candidate orientation to get each assignment off on the right foot. Our staff formally checks in with you and the client on regularly scheduled times to gauge your satisfaction, progress, and problem solve any issues.
If a placement doesn't work out, however, we will do everything we can to fix the problem. Our executive team oversees all placements and, if appropriate, one may become personally involved in problem resolution.
Q: If a client offers me a full-time job, can I take it?
A: Yes. Gardner Resources follows established industry standards for direct placement with no charge whatsoever to you.
