Meet the Gardner Resources Consulting Team

Steve Naha, CEO

Steve Naha’s background includes sales, marketing and management in the high-tech industry for over 25 years. He has sold technology products and services in both national and international markets. From 1986 to 1996 he was a consistent top producer in the IT staffing industry serving the New England market. In 1997, as a staffing consultant to a premier international financial services firm in Boston, he assisted with the planning and development of the firm’s new national staffing center tasked with the front-end recruitment of domestic, permanent technical positions.Since opening Gardner Resources Consulting, LLC in 1998, he has focused the organization’s efforts on premier clients and senior consultants in the Healthcare, Financial Services and Bio-Pharm industries. GRC has been profitable each year, winning numerous industry awards commending its notable growth amongst regional and national competitors. In 2009 he became the sole owner and CEO of GRC and is engaged in implementing significant growth plans for the organization. He holds a BA in History and teaching certification from Montclair State College, where he graduated cum laude.
    

Steve Siebenmorgen, Vice President

Steve has been on GRC’s team since 2007. His interpersonal and management skills are an asset to the team, and he is highly regarded as a role model for the recruiting staff. Steve comes from a background that includes sales and management. This experience coupled with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hanover College enable Steve to exceed the expectations of our contractors’ placement needs as well as lead his team in a unified direction.
    

Sheila Gulla, Office Manager

Sheila plays a major part in Gardner’s ability to operate smoothly. After attending college and working as an executive secretary in Arizona, Sheila joined GRC in 1999. Responsible for attending to all vendor relations, maintaining databases, establishing written policies, and assisting the CEO and every other individual in the office, Sheila also manages the human resources activities and benefit administration including 401K, health, LTD, STD, life, employee handbook, background screenings, contractor on-boarding/off boarding and customer service. As the office manager, Sheila is responsible for the day-to-day activities of our busy office – which is a daily challenge.
    

Jen Longabard, Director of Finance and Operations

Jen, our dependable and skilled Director of Finance and Operations, joined our team in the fall of 2007. After obtaining her BSBA in accounting at Suffolk University and her master’s at Northeastern, Jen jumped into the financial industry. She quickly moved up and took on her roles as senior staff accountant and unit manager before finally settling down managing all of Gardner’s general ledgers including payroll, billing, accounts receivable, cash, collections, purchasing, and payables. Her daily tasks aren’t limited to preparing tax forms, managing payroll or punching numbers into a calculator – she also takes on the responsibilities of overseeing the company’s compliance with regulations, particularly those in the human resource area. Jen is an asset that the GRC team truly appreciates.
