The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions using Power Automate, Co-Pilot (M365, Sales, Git), and Co-Pilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agent).
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, drive project execution, and ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires a strategic mindset, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Day to Day:
- Support a new team focused on Microsoft Power Platform and AI-driven automation technologies.
- Assist with defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Work with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions using Power Automate, Co-Pilot (M365, Sales, Git), and Co-Pilot Studio.
- Oversee the development and deployment of automation tools, workflows, and AI-driven bots to enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, including planning, development, testing, and post-launch support
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product success metrics to ensure continuous improvement and adoption of solutions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and learning within the newly established team.
Must Haves:
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on technology-driven products.
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related automation technologies.
- Experience with Co-Pilot (M365, Sales, Git) and Co-Pilot Studio for driving AI and automation initiatives.
- Proven track record of building and managing teams, especially in a startup or new project environment.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure the success of product initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with the Power Platform.
- Knowledge of development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and experience working with engineering teams.
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or product management disciplines.
