Lincoln, RIOur insurance client is hiring a Network Engineer for a long term contract engagement with potential to convert to full time.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years’ experience working with Network Switches, SDWAN routers and related components.
- 3+ years of experience with network hardware such as Lanner NCA-1515B, Silicom “Madrid”, LTE Cradle Point Modems
- 3+ years of experience with network switches such as Cisco 2960 & 3650, Aruba 2530, Juniper EX2300-24T and 48T
- 3+ years of experience implementing layer 1/2/3 connectivity - experience in setting up access lists, prefix lists, and route-maps. Layer 2 includes implementation and troubleshooting protocols such as spanning-tree, port security, HSRP, LACP, LAG, etc. Layer 3 includes implementation and troubleshooting of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and static routing.
- Experience with Juniper128t networking or similar SD Wan Solutions.
- Ability to add, modify, and Interpret NAT and PAT statements.
Nice to Haves:

- Linux experience is + to work with Juniper / 128T SDWAN Solution
- Experience with Mist/Juniper Mist AI” platform Cloud technologies
- Experience with JSON
- Experience with Cisco ISE
- Experience with Ansible scripting
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline or equivalent work experience
