DB2 subsystem performance tuning such as bufferpools, workfile space, coupling facility structures.
Oncall 24 X 7 support during oncall week and weekend support
Quick troubleshooting and problem solving for Db2 Subsystem, DBA and Application issues.
Disaster Recovery planning and testing.

Tools installation, upgrades and customization, maintenance and troubleshooting support of the following:

IDAA ( Netezza and LinuxOne), lDAA Loader, IIDR (SQL and Queue Replication for DB2 z/OS), Admin Tool and Object Compare, Query Monitor, Db2 Sort, QMF, Log Analysis Tool, Optim, Compuware suite.
