Our client is launching a multi-year technology transformation initiative focused on modernizing technology platforms, accelerating Agile delivery, and enhancing the member experience. As part of this strategic investment, we are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Portfolio Lead to provide financial leadership and portfolio governance for a large-scale Agile product portfolio.

This individual will partner closely with Technology, Product, Finance, and business leaders to manage portfolio financials, forecasting, investment planning, resource allocation, and overall portfolio governance. The ideal candidate has deep Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience supporting technology organizations and is comfortable managing large enterprise portfolios while helping leaders make informed strategic investment decisions.

Must Haves

• 7+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience.
• Experience managing financials for large technology or Agile product portfolios.
• Advanced proficiency with Broadcom Clarity PPM.
• Experience managing portfolios valued between $50M-$100M+.
• Strong forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis experience.
• Experience with resource planning and capacity forecasting.
• Experience supporting Agile product delivery organizations.
• Strong understanding of capital and operating expense planning.
• Experience partnering directly with Technology, Product, and Finance leadership.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
