Job Requirements

• Strong hands-on project/program experience with SailPoint -- IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud.
• Direct experience with Entro / SailPoint Entro and its non-human identity, credential, or machine identity capabilities.
• Strong Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) experience, including identity lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning, access governance, access certifications, application onboarding, and entitlement management.
• Direct experience with AWS and GCP identity environments, specifically involving service accounts, machine identities, non-human identities (NHI), roles, permissions, and access governance.
• Experience managing or delivering projects focused on service account governance and/or non-human identity governance.
• Strong understanding of how SailPoint and/or Entro can be used to discover, govern, secure, and manage non-human identities and their associated credentials.
• Ability to work directly with IAM engineers, cloud/DevOps teams, cybersecurity, application teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of IAM integrations, APIs, identity data flows, provisioning, authentication/authorization, and cloud access controls.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical requirements into project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

• Lead enterprise IAM/IGA projects involving SailPoint, SailPoint Entro, AWS, GCP, service accounts, and non-human identities.
• Manage project execution across requirements, architecture/design, configuration, integrations, testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and stabilization.
• Coordinate IAM engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Drive initiatives to discover, inventory, govern, and secure service accounts, machine identities, credentials, and other non-human identities.
• Manage dependencies between SailPoint/Entro, AWS, GCP, applications, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Lead technical requirements and design discussions around IGA, identity lifecycle, access governance, service accounts, and NHI.
• Track project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate vendors and implementation partners where applicable.
• Facilitate technical working sessions and ensure decisions, requirements, and action items are clearly documented.
• Lead testing, defect resolution, deployment readiness, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Provide clear project reporting to IAM leadership and executive stakeholders.
