Job Description
Director Install Project Management (Remote with Travel)
- Fully remote, but travel is required
- Reports directly to the COO
- Senior leadership role overseeing a large Epic implementation portfolio
- Leading a team of 7+ direct reports / 30+ total staff
Must-Haves
1. Deep Epic/EHR implementation leadership
1. Deep Epic/EHR implementation leadership
- This is not just a generic PM Director role.
- Need someone who has personally led large-scale EHR/Epic implementations.
- 5+ years leading EHR implementations can satisfy the core requirement.
- Epic experience is strongly preferred; Epic certification is a plus, not necessarily a must-have.
- Healthcare IT/EHR implementation background should be heavily prioritized.
2. Portfolio-level leadership
Look for someone who has managed multiple implementations/projects simultaneously, not just one large project.
3. Significant people leadership
Need someone who has:
