Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with deep, hands-on experience supporting SAP Financial Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge across SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling and be able to work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and support implementation and optimization initiatives.
SAP FPSL experience is a plus, but is not required. The ideal candidate is a senior-level SAP S/4HANA FICO professional who is hands-on, technically strong and comfortable working directly with the business - S/4HANA FICO depth and hands-on experience are the primary requirements.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling processes.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP FICO configuration and solution development.
- Experience supporting SAP implementations, enhancements and/or production environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex SAP FICO issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Ability to clearly articulate previous hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience and individual project contributions
- Experience with SAP FPSL (Financial Products Subledger).
- Experience working on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation programs.
- Experience integrating SAP Finance with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Experience working in complex enterprise financial environments.
- Strong experience with financial process optimization and SAP best practices.
