Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Epic Reporting Consultant with strong experience supporting population health, operational analytics, and Epic-delivered risk scoring initiatives within large healthcare environments.

This role will focus on reporting and analytics tied to Epic out-of-the-box risk scores, population health metrics, and operational reporting workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic Clarity, Caboodle, and population health reporting tools such as Compass Rose and/or Healthy Planet.

This consultant will work closely with operational, reporting, clinical, and analytics teams to support reporting initiatives focused on patient risk stratification, quality outcomes, and value-based care programs.

Certifications: Epic Caboodle Certification (Clarity or Caboodle)

Must Haves: 

* Strong Epic reporting experience
* Hands-on experience with Epic Clarity and/or Caboodle
* Strong SQL skills
* Experience supporting population health or risk scoring reporting initiatives
* Familiarity with Epic-delivered/native risk scores and reporting workflows
* Experience supporting healthcare operational or clinical reporting teams
* Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Epic Compass Rose
* Experience with Healthy Planet
* Knowledge of HCC/risk adjustment concepts
* Experience supporting value-based care initiatives
* Epic reporting certifications preferred
* Healthcare payer/provider experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and support reporting solutions tied to Epic population health and risk scoring initiatives
* Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Epic Clarity and Caboodle
* Support operational reporting related to Epic-delivered/native risk scores and population health metrics
* Collaborate with operational, clinical, and analytics teams to gather reporting requirements and validate reporting logic
* Analyze healthcare data to support care management, quality improvement, and patient engagement initiatives
* Troubleshoot reporting and data integrity issues across Epic reporting environments
* Support ongoing optimization of reporting and analytics workflows
* Participate in testing, validation, and production support activities
