Job Title: MicroStrategy Developer / BI Analyst
Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Developer with strong SQL and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and cloud migration initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, metrics, and cubes from scratch while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• This role will also support the migration of MicroStrategy environments from on-premises to the cloud and assist with data conversion efforts involving Teradata and GCP.

• Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, scorecards, metrics, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
• Build MicroStrategy projects from the ground up, including report development, report subscriptions, cubes, and metadata management.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, data analysis, and validation.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Validate data accuracy and investigate discrepancies between source systems, reports, and cloud-based datasets.
• Support migration efforts from on-premises MicroStrategy environments to MicroStrategy Cloud.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to leverage GCP data platforms and reporting architectures.
• Participate in data conversion and migration projects, including Teradata to GCP initiatives.
• Create documentation, technical specifications, and best practices for reporting solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting established deadlines.
• Communicate technical concepts, risks, and recommendations effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.

• 10+ years of hands-on MicroStrategy development experience.
• Strong experience building dashboards, reports, metrics, KPIs, cubes, and report subscriptions in MicroStrategy.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Strong experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including data validation and reporting integration.
• Experience troubleshooting data quality issues and validating reporting accuracy.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Experience migrating MicroStrategy environments from on-premises to cloud platforms.
• Experience with MicroStrategy Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Teradata to GCP data migration and conversion projects.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and BI architecture.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
