Solutions Architect

Overview:
We are seeking experienced Solutions Architects to join a growing team. These are true Solutions Architect roles, focused on designing business-facing solutions that bridge technology and strategy. You will work closely with product managers and product owners to define solution landscapes, sketches, and roadmaps that address complex business problems.

This is not a hands-on technical implementation role; Technical Architects are already in place to manage migrations and backend execution. Instead, these roles demand strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to design solutions that align with enterprise standards and evolving technology landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business product managers and product owners to design solutions that address business challenges and priorities.

• Develop solution landscapes, sketches, and conceptual models that align with enterprise architecture guardrails and patterns.

• Provide thought leadership on solution approaches, ensuring alignment with existing technology stacks and integration strategies.

• Engage across programs, presenting solutions in a clear and business-friendly manner.

• Deep dive into systems and integration points within a complex API-driven ecosystem.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, especially the rapidly evolving AI landscape, and incorporate them where appropriate.

• Collaborate with Technical Architects to ensure solution feasibility and smooth handoff to implementation teams.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or related roles.

• Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders in shaping solution direction.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms.

• Broad knowledge of enterprise technology stacks, guardrails, and integration patterns.

• Experience working with APIs and large-scale integration ecosystems.

• Awareness of and interest in the evolving AI technology landscape.

• Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow solutions or platforms.
