Senior Epic Ambulatory Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Epic Ambulatory Analyst with an active Epic AMB certification to support a large-scale ambulatory integration initiative. This role is ideal for a highly experienced analyst who can operate independently, own the workstream end to end, and serve as the primary Epic Ambulatory SME.

Role Overview

• Act as the sole Epic Ambulatory analyst supporting an ambulatory integration effort.

• Lead requirements gathering, system design, build, testing, and deployment for Epic Ambulatory workflows.

• Partner directly with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into Epic solutions.

• Provide guidance on best practices for ambulatory workflows, configuration, and optimization.

• Support integration activities, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Qualifications

• Active Epic Ambulatory (AMB) certification.

• Senior-level Epic Ambulatory experience supporting complex ambulatory environments.

• Proven ability to work independently as a team of one, managing priorities with minimal oversight.

• Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and end-user needs.

• Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting ambulatory practice integrations or acquisitions.

• Prior involvement in large healthcare transformation or integration initiatives.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for an experienced Epic Ambulatory analyst who is comfortable owning outcomes and driving work forward independently.
