Our client is hiring a Stibo STEP Workflow & UI Developers to support and enhance its Master Data Management (MDM) ecosystem. These resources will focus on ongoing enhancements, BAU support, break/fix work, and continuous improvements across the STEP platform.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong experience working directly in STEP environments, building workflows and UIs, and developing JavaScript-based business rules. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a production environment and partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for Stibo STEP platform environments, including:

    • Enhancements and continuous improvements

    • BAU support and production issue resolution (break/fix)

  • Design, build, and maintain STEP workflows and user interfaces

  • Develop and support JavaScript-based business rules within STEP

  • Apply strong system design principles to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions

  • Document and clearly explain complex business processes and the value of technical solutions

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile delivery environment

  • Support implementation and enhancement of packaged software / MDM solutions

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience supporting Stibo STEP platform in a production environment

  • Experience with enhancements, BAU support, break/fix, and continuous improvement work

  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, including:

    • JavaScript Business Rules within STEP

  • Practical experience building STEP workflows and UIs

  • Solid understanding of system design principles

  • Prior STEP training and real-world project experience

  • Experience implementing packaged software solutions (MDM experience strongly preferred)

  • Strong communication skills:

    • Ability to explain technical concepts in business terms

    • Comfortable documenting complex processes and solutions

  • Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in a Business Analysis capacity (requirements gathering, workshops)

  • Data modeling experience

  • Exposure to broader MDM strategy and governance
