We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a large-scale data migration and modernization initiative within a healthcare payor environment. This role will drive strategy and execution for the movement of highly sensitive claims data from legacy on-prem platforms to modern cloud-based architecture. The ideal candidate combines deep healthcare payor experience with a strong track record leading enterprise data migration programs, particularly within Medicare claims ecosystems.

This is a highly visible role supporting a multi-year modernization effort, requiring strong stakeholder leadership, data governance awareness, and the ability to translate complex technical initiatives into business value.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software initiatives, managing the full lifecycle from discovery through launch in agile environments
5+ years as a Product Manager / Product Owner driving product strategy, roadmap development, and execution
5+ years of experience in the healthcare payor domain, with direct exposure to claims platforms and Medicare data
Proven experience leading large-scale healthcare data migration or modernization programs
Hands-on experience working with claims data pipelines, data governance, and secure data movement across systems
Experience with application and database migration from on-prem infrastructure to cloud platforms (modernization, digital transformation initiatives)
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and modern data platforms (Mongo or similar NoSQL environments preferred)
Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, and agile delivery teams
Working knowledge of core engineering principles, APIs, and modern data architectures
Ability to operate in highly regulated environments with a strong focus on data security and compliance

Key Responsibilities

Own the product vision and roadmap for enterprise healthcare data migration and modernization initiatives
Lead strategy for secure movement of Medicare and claims data from legacy platforms into modern data ecosystems
Define epics and initiatives aligned to enterprise transformation goals
Partner with architecture, engineering, and data teams to design scalable, compliant data pipelines
Manage executive stakeholders and communicate modernization progress, risks, and value delivery
Champion agile product practices and build high-performing delivery teams
Ensure product decisions balance regulatory compliance, data integrity, and operational performance
Drive alignment across business, technology, and operations teams during transformation efforts
