Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Project Manager to lead end-to-end system implementations across a complex, multi-entity organization. This role will drive successful delivery of workforce management solutions, ensuring alignment with business operations and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle workforce management system implementations

Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope

Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations

Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live activities

Configure system solutions to support timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce policies

Identify and mitigate risks; resolve project issues proactively

Support system integrations and data migration efforts

Provide project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder updates
Required Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience

3+ years of workforce management system implementation experience

Experience leading full lifecycle system implementations

Strong background working in complex, multi-entity environments

Knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
Preferred Qualifications
