We are seeking an Epic Reporting Analyst with strong experience in the Cogito suite, specifically Clarity and Caboodle, to support reporting and analytics initiatives.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong SQL skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Must Haves:

4–7+ years of Epic reporting experience
Strong hands-on experience with Epic Cogito tools (Clarity and/or Caboodle)
Advanced SQL skills (this is critical)
Experience building and maintaining reports in an Epic environment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Haves:

Familiarity with healthcare data models and workflows
Experience working in high-volume reporting environments
Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
