Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst - Maintenance Team (100% Remote)

Required Skills / Certifications:

4–15 years of Epic Willow Inpatient Application Analyst Experience – ideal candidate has deep optimization experience in Willow Inpatient and must have at least 4 years’ experience
Desired Experience- Deep experience supporting in a multiple service areas environment supporting small rural hospitals. Community Connect experience is highly desired and experience supporting Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) (25 beds or less)
Certifications Required: Epic Willow Inpatient
Nice experience to have - deep experience in order set build and optimization but does not have to certified in orders

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Managing high ticket volume supporting multiple service area environment- our client/member’s build is done as Service Areas-tickets are supporting small member hospitals with break fix, incidents, optimizations and enhancements- must be good at prioritization.
No travel is required
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
