Job Description
Our client is seeking three Epic Ambulatory Analysts to support their Epic environment. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with the Epic Ambulatory application, including analysis, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.
Candidates with additional Epic experience in Campaigns, CRM, or Nurse Triage are highly preferred, but these are not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Epic Ambulatory applications and workflows.
- Analyze business and clinical requirements and translate them into Epic solutions.
- Perform Epic configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Work with clinical, business, and technical stakeholders to understand workflow requirements.
- Participate in application enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives.
- Develop and execute test plans and assist with validation of system changes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution or escalation.
- Document application configurations, workflows, processes, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with other Epic analysts and technical teams on integrated workflows.
- Support end users and provide guidance on Epic functionality and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting Epic Ambulatory.
- Strong understanding of ambulatory/clinical workflows within Epic.
- Experience with Epic application analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and clinical/business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with one or more of the following Epic applications:
- Epic Campaigns
- Epic CRM
- Epic Nurse Triage
- Epic implementation, upgrade, or optimization experience.
- Experience working in a large, complex healthcare environment.
