MUST-HAVES

• Epic Cadence OR Prelude certification/proficiency -- REQUIRED
• 5+ years of hands-on Epic build experience -- REQUIRED
• Strong Patient Access experience
• Grand Central experience -- HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Must be comfortable performing hands-on build, maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical/application teams and end users
• Candidates should be experienced enough to operate independently in a fast-paced Epic maintenance environment
