We are seeking a highly strategic and technically fluent Product Manager to help bridge the gap between engineering teams and executive stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who excels in crafting compelling narratives, driving cross-functional collaboration, and presenting complex technical initiatives in a clear, business-focused way.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a communication bridge between engineering teams and senior leadership, simplifying complex topics for non-technical audiences.
Drive product vision and strategy while ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals and technical feasibility.
Create and deliver high-impact presentations and updates for executive teams.
Translate business and market feedback into clear product requirements.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with architecture, design, and engineering teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
Track progress, manage priorities, and contribute to roadmap planning.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in technical product management or program leadership roles.
Proven experience translating technical solutions into executive-level narratives and presentations.
Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in modern tech environments including cloud, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first platforms.
Ability to manage stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority.

Nice to Have:

Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or insurance.
Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven workflow tools.
Familiarity with digital product development across mobile and desktop platforms.
