** Must hold a current pharmaceutical license in the state of Florida **
Our client is is seeking a pharmacist with MTM (Medication Therapy Management) experience to join their Product Team for an initial 3 month project with a very real chance to extend. The pharmacist's responsibilities will include making outbound calls for comprehensive medication reviews (CMR) and delivering in-depth consultations on statin medication use per AHA guidelines. Work will be performed through a third-party, web-based application.
Must Have:
? At least 4 years of experience as clinical MTM pharmacist. (Management experience preferred)
? Familiar with driving Part D Star measures. Specifically, SUPD, SPC, and CMR.
? Understanding of pharmaceutical and medical vocabulary
? Clinical experience in medication review.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Experience using salesforce preferred
? Must be tech savvy
? Self-directed and organized
? Discrete/ability to maintain confidentiality
? Detail-oriented
? Sense of urgency
Job Responsibilities:
? High volume of outbound phone calls. (100 calls per day/warm contacts)
? Completing comprehensive medication reviews.
? Conducting medication therapy management services.
