We’re seeking a ServiceNow AI Automation Engineer to support ongoing AI integration and automation initiatives within a highly collaborative IT operations team. This role combines ServiceNow administration and scripting expertise with hands-on experience in AI technologies to support digital agent development, business rule automation, and intelligent workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, focusing on scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.)

Support the development and enhancement of digital agents and intelligent workflows integrated with ServiceNow

Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline IT service operations using AI platforms

Develop and maintain custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow, including automation and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) integrations

Troubleshoot complex issues across the ServiceNow ecosystem and provide scalable solutions

Gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions
Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator

Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, with experience writing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Workflow scripts

Experience integrating AI solutions with ServiceNow (such as digital agents or automation platforms)

Familiarity with virtual agents, chatbots, or automation tooling

Understanding of A2A (Agent-to-Agent) or MCP (Multi-Channel Platform) concepts

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with platforms such as Tanium, Aternity, Workday, or O365 integrations

Exposure to Co-Pilot, Postman, and API-based automation

ServiceNow certification(s) – Admin or Developer preferred

Familiarity with ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodologies
