Responsibilities:
- Program Strategy & Planning: Define and manage the roadmap for rolling out new data consumption tools (e.g., Tableau) on Google Cloud.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Align with business units, analytics teams, and IT to gather requirements and ensure smooth adoption.
- Tool Implementation Oversight: Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of new BI tools within the cloud environment.
- User Transition Management: Coordinate the migration of users from legacy tools (e.g., Excel, legacy BI platforms) to the new toolset.
- Training & Enablement: Develop and execute training programs, documentation, and support resources to drive user adoption.
- Change Management: Manage organizational change by communicating benefits, addressing resistance, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Governance & Standards: Establish usage standards, access controls, and best practices for the new tools to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track tool usage, adoption metrics, and user feedback to continuously improve the experience.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with cloud engineers, data architects, and analytics leads to ensure seamless integration.
- Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes through dashboards and presentations.
