IT Systems Support Contractor

Project Description:
  • Provide internal IT assistance to users through but not limited to phone, chat, and internal tools.
  • Troubleshoot windows OS and iOS environments Install approved software
  • Provide assistance to internal IT teams
  • Support IT operations using the internal support tool.
  • Follow, maintain set support KPIs (Approval workflows, resolution time, user respect & user satisfaction) Document procedures to ensure business continuity
Skillset:
  • A customer support mind-set and ability to work with senior level business leaders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in supporting critical business environments
  • Able to execute tasks independently and professionally supporting critical business environments
  • Strong communication and writing skills to document new or existing processes
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems, Windows 10 & Windows 11
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting skills to solve complex IT problems
  • Experience working with MAC OS
  • High level of enthusiasm, willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments
  • Bonus if with ability to speak French and Portuguese
Experience Required: 1-3 years, Technical Associate’s Degree
