Project Description:
- Provide internal IT assistance to users through but not limited to phone, chat, and internal tools.
- Troubleshoot windows OS and iOS environments Install approved software
- Provide assistance to internal IT teams
- Support IT operations using the internal support tool.
- Follow, maintain set support KPIs (Approval workflows, resolution time, user respect & user satisfaction) Document procedures to ensure business continuity
- A customer support mind-set and ability to work with senior level business leaders
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in supporting critical business environments
- Able to execute tasks independently and professionally supporting critical business environments
- Strong communication and writing skills to document new or existing processes
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems, Windows 10 & Windows 11
- Good analytical, troubleshooting skills to solve complex IT problems
- Experience working with MAC OS
- High level of enthusiasm, willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments
- Bonus if with ability to speak French and Portuguese
