Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong technical and data analysis skills to join their Agile/SAFe team. This role requires a blend of business process expertise, system analysis, and excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Haves:

5+ years BA experience with strong data mapping and system flow knowledge
SAFe Agile experience
Strong SQL and system analysis skills
Experience with Use Case modeling, Design Thinking, and IT application development life cycles
Proven track record implementing change in complex organizations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Haves:

Jira, Confluence, Miro experience
Claims and Clinical Data background

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and translate business needs into detailed requirements and functional specs
Conduct impact analysis, design workflows, and assist in data/interface specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and developers in design sessions
Support production issues, defects, and inquiries in partnership with operational teams
Create user documentation, training materials, and process overviews
