Our client’s Data Engineering team is seeking a Senior TPM with deep experience in managing complex projects within GCP. This role will focus on translating ambiguous clinical and data science requirements into clear, actionable specifications, driving backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap alignment. The TPM will also collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including DS/DE leads and downstream consumers, to align requirements and workflows for successful delivery.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in healthcare, data platforms, or ML/AI systems.
Strong understanding of data analytics architecture, data modeling, and ML/LLM pipelines.
Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams in an agile environment.
Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
Ability to support product development via efficient and effective project management practices.
Organize engineering and analytics teams around complex development projects, ensuring that the right level of process (not too little, not too much) is put in place to ensure delivery excellence.
Able to work with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements. This involves understanding business needs, identifying key metrics, and translating them into actionable project plan.
Flexible to adjust plans and strategies as project requirements evolve.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications to communicate feature requirements to data science, engineering and stakeholder teams.?
Support engineering and data science teams to implement features by clarifying requirements, facilitating technical discussions, and helping technical team members to understand users and the business.??
Facilitate problem solving and prioritization across teams, factoring in trade-offs between speed, scalability and quality.??
Ability to contribute to best practices and efficient practices
Adapt and champion Agile methodologies and Lean practices in product development.??
Highly organized and skilled in managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines. This includes creating project plans, setting milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
Support the establishment and maintenance of release-management, product planning and launch frameworks.?
Able to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This involves assessing risks, creating contingency plans.
Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.??
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Tableau
