Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ID Proofing Support Engineer for a remote, contract-to-hire opportunity.
This role will support our Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives with a strong focus on ID Proofing tools and workflows.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Jumio (preferred) or similar ID proofing technologies and a solid foundation in IAM principles.
Familiarity with Java and experience with the Ping Identity suite are considered strong assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and operational oversight for ID Proofing tools, especially Jumio or equivalent solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert in ID Proofing workflows and integrations within IAM frameworks.
Work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless identity verification and onboarding experiences.
Troubleshoot and resolve ID Proofing-related issues across the stack, including API integrations, configuration errors, and user verification flows.
Contribute to the implementation, scaling, and tuning of ID Proofing services to meet growing enterprise demands.
Document technical processes, support playbooks, and operational procedures.
Participate in the transition from contract to full-time, supporting long-term strategic IAM initiatives.
