Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and support UKG integrations.
• Build and maintain interfaces between UKG Workforce Management and other enterprise applications.
• Analyze integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and troubleshoot data flows between UKG and downstream/upstream systems.
• Support integration architecture and technical design.
• Investigate and resolve integration and data-related issues.
• Partner with the UKG Techno-Functional Architect to implement functional requirements.
• Work with Business Analysts to understand business and integration requirements.
• Support system, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Document technical designs, interfaces, configurations, and integration processes.
• Support implementation, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
